•illustration for children
Classroom teaching provided me with many opportunities to read stories and non-fiction books to young children and I am an avid fan of many children's book illustrators.
Kids have a direct way of showing you when something is not interesting. Children's books that inspire exploration of ideas, problem solving and creativity are definitely my favorite.

I found this huge Cerisyl sphinx moth caterpillar while out walking. As there were many crows wandering around the area pecking at objects on the ground, I picked it up and took it home.
